Perfectly said! So many elements of servant leadership seem counterintuitive in our culture, but are nevertheless true. The more we prioritize others, the more fulfilled we are as leaders. The leaders who shine the spotlight on others are seen as successful. And those who listen more and speak less, are listened to more.]]></description>
