This is another great article you’ve published.  Up until about 2 years ago, I’ve always wore a mask at work, at most social events and my true self was only reserved to my family and those closest to me to discover and see. I felt that I’ve not lived with purpose, worrying about others judging me and not wanting to interact with me or think that I’m weird! But today, by taking baby steps I’ve managed to face the world almost without a mask (still wearing them sometimes as not all can take my weirdness, true self  I think! But I’m definitely in a much better space) I’ve never thought about how I did it, but you’ve listed the above 5 key points which are  on point.

Thank you for the reminder and I feel empowered once again (to be the person I truly am and showing it to others, not just family), you never fail to deliver any messages!
